Last weekend I threw a baby shower for my best friend. We've been friends since the 7th grade. I'm so excited that it's her turn to join the mommy club. I was the guinea pig!
My friend requested an elegant shower that didn't scream baby! I kept it simple with polka dots, and chevron prints. We left out all the baby animals and pacifiers! My friend's sister in law did make this adorable baby carriage though!
These food labels were made by me and are sitting on painted mini easels I purchased at Hobby Lobby. I also made the cupcake toppers, signs, banner, etc.
The letter was an easy spray paint project.
We chose to have the shower indoors and out to give the feel of a garden party. Little did we know the weather would drastically change and it would be in the 50's! It all worked out though.
Here's my adorable friend and her baby bump!! I can't wait to meet baby boy Chang in November!
