Picking out a paint color can be such a grueling task. In fact, wouldn't it be so much easier if you could digitally see your space painted the color you have chosen before purchasing the paint? Well, now you can with Olympic's new paint tool, ColorClix. I played around with the new online tool last night and I have to admit I'm a fan. It's so user friendly. All you need to get started is a picture of the space you are wanting to transform.
I chose the living room at my mom and dad's home to upload and choose a paint color for. It's currently the builder's beige and we have truly been stumped on what color to throw up on the walls. There is so much wall space that picking a color has been intimidating and the last project on our list to paint. Here are just a few of the colors that I played around with and tried out in ColorClix.
Here's the builder's beige
Here's the tool and the room in Mount Airy D54-2
Footpath D62-3
Forevermore D55-2
Crashing Waves B56-2
You can see the tool gives a great representation of the actual color. Now, I'm even more stumped though because I like all 4 of the colors I chose. Ultimately, I'm leaning towards Mount Airy.
What are your thoughts? Does this tool seem helpful? And, which color do you like the best out of the 4 above?
